An extraordinary JFD board meeting was held during 2-3 April in Kobe City, Hyogo, as the originally planned meeting in March was canceled due to the earthquake.
At the board meeting, executive members collectively wrote messages of support on cards addressed to the affected people of Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima prefectures.
