There is a notice pasted on the wall at the welfare advice corner that says “Hearing impaired people can use sign language interpreting and writing services, let us know if you need these services.”

We walked around each floor with the two signboards.

The staff of Saitama City Hall wear armbands (that has the words “sign language interpreter” on it) and name cards offered by the Social Welfare Association.

A staff member of the Welfare Dept. for People with Disabilities at the Saitama City Hall made this board on March 18, 2011.
