At the last of the Ceremony of the National Congress of Japanese Federation of the Deaf, that has held in the morning of 12th June, the delegates from the 3 disaster-stricken Prefectures reported about their conditions and thanked for supports to 2,200 participants from all over the country.
After the report and thank by each delegate, a storm of applause arose from the participants.
