The emblem express that people touch with competition and the topic of the Deaflympics, and mutual exchange and communities made by the Deaflympics gradually connect like a &#8216;circle&#8217;, and after the &#8216;circle&#8217; will expand, new future &#8216;flowers&#8217; will bloom.
